Freeman Feeling Beautiful Masks & Scrubs

Hello again!

I hope everyone's having a great day so far! I've got a bit of a different post today, talking about some skincare products I've been loving. These Freeman masks and body scrub are from their Feeling Beautiful line, and I am absolutely head over heels in love with them. Seriously, I want them all. Check out their website here for a look at some of the different options. From the looks of it, they've got something for everyone and every skin issue.

I found these on a display at my local walmart a couple months back. They're super affordable at around $4 for a full size bottle and they have cheaper travel sizes available as well.

I recently finished off the sugar scrub. which I use to exfoliate my arms and legs once or twice a week. It's quite abrasive, so I would definitely not recommend using this on your face. It did a good job getting rid of any dead or dry skin though, and I think I will be repurchasing. I really liked that it had a thicker fomula, so I could use it in the shower without it getting washed away before it could exfoliate. The only thing I didn't like about this is the scent. It's not a particularly bad scent, just not one that appealed to me.

The cucumber peel-off is pretty nice as well. It is quite sticky, so be prepared to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. I felt like it really helped kind of unclog my skin and let it breathe more. This is great if you don't want to wait too long for a mask to dry too. It peels off really well, usually i can get it all in one piece so it's nice not to have to spend forever trying to get it off.

The clay mask is by far my favourite. It smells exactly like chocolate, so who wouldn't love that? I have oily skin so my skin can handle a clay mask as long as I moisturize afterwards, as they do tend to be drying. I like to use this if I'm having one of those days where my skin's just feeling kind of gross and dull. I think it does a good job of helping to heal any current acne I have when I use it and takes away some of the excess oil on my skin. Overall, I think it's really excellent.

I'll definitely be snagging some more of these to try if I see them in stores!

That's it for today, thanks so much for taking the time to read and stop by! Check out some of my other posts if you have the time :) I'd love to hear what you think in the comments!

P.S: there should be a summer beauty essentials post coming soon, so look out for that! if you have any requests for upcoming posts, just let me know! :)

Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer

Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in 010 Ivory

Hiya! Sorry about the lack of posts lately, it's exam time and I've been having some technical difficulties but I've got a review for you today! I recently finished off my tube of Rimmel's Match Perfection Concealer and I wanted to do a review to tell you guys my thoughts. I really did like this, and I plan on repurchasing on my next trip to the drugstore. I should start by saying that I have oily/acne-prone/sensitive skin but my under eyes tend to be quite dry and a lot of concealers are quite patchy on me. As long as I moisturizer beforehand, this one doesn't do that at all. I set it with CoverGirl Professional Loose Powder (which is awesome by the way) and it's never creased on me.

I would probably avoid using this on any acne or imperfections since it is advertised as a highlighting concealer. It's perfect for dark circles and discoloration under the eyes though. It has a fairly dewy finish and isn't the sparkly type of highlighting concealer. I'd probably call it light coverage although it is quite buildable without being cakey. This is a really good match for my pale skin and the only downside would be the weird brush applicator thing where the product comes out.

The concealer comes out through the brush when you squeeze the tube and then you apply it onto the eyes. I use my beauty blender dupe to blend it in so I'm not sure how it would do in that department. I feel like a lot of product gets lost in the brush and that you could get more out of it without the brush tip. All in all though, that's pretty much my only complaint about this product! I've heard good things about their Match Perfection Foundation too, so I might have to try that out soon!

Have a great rest of the day and remember to keep smiling!
